    3-Weeks to repair, drove less than 50 miles & same problem again, Its a hassle to get some one to go to drop off, go back & pick up, & then repeat again. My truck has less than 3500 Miles on it & GM should send someone to pick it up & leave a loaner to use.

    Service department is horrible the lady in service never calls back it’s been a terrible experience with them Mr. Daniels is the only reason why I got my truck back after a month of nothing

    Just a basic oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours. Appointment time was for 1;30 and I arrived and was taken in on time, but wait time seemed too long for services rendered.
