Everyone handled my experience in a timely and professional manner

Ed Daniels did a wonderful job of salesmanship. He was very courteous and went out of his way to help me find the truck I wanted with the amenities I was hoping for. He met my price point and continued working with me to make sure my buying experience was satisfying. After purchasing a Ford product for my spouse, he made buying a Chevy an enjoyable experience.

The salesman was great, good contact and communication. The detail guy needs a pep talk.

Apparently didn’t acknowledge an engine light code during oil change appointment. Told them and was told they would check codes further appointment but apparently didn’t.

My '25 GMC Terrain was due its first oil change, so I scheduled a convenient time on-line for the service. The Service Rep greeted me, and I waited in the comfortable Customer Lounge. In a very reasonable time my Terrain was ready, and since it was the first Routine Service, there was no charge! Even if the service had not been free, I would have brought my vehicle to Daniels Chev; I want the professionals to keep my Terrain like new.

I was very impressed with the customer service that was provided to me. Since that purchase, I purchased another vehicle a week later. Even though it was an as-is deal, I started having issues with the second purchase, Mr. Daniels made sure that those issues would be solved immediately.

It was the fastest I ever purchased a car. Excellent service!
